Experience deep relaxation and energetic alignment through this transformative one-hour Reiki session. As you rest comfortably on a massage table, surrounded by healing music, essential oils, and crystals, I will gently work with your energy to clear blockages and restore balance to your chakras.

This deeply restorative practice helps to reduce stress, ease pain, and support the body’s natural healing process. As an Intuitive and Medium, I will also share any intuitive insights I receive, offering guidance to further support your well-being.

Reiki is a beautiful complement to other healing modalities such as therapy, massage, acupuncture, and trauma work, amplifying their benefits and helping you achieve a greater sense of peace and wholeness.

Through this one of a kind practice, I will be using my 19+ years of teaching voice lessons and weaving in my ability to channel messages and tap into Spirit. These sessions can help you release emotional blockages, long held stress and anxiety and even pain and discomfort in the body. Through classically trained breath work, vocal exercises, visualization and sound meditation, we can help you release and begin to connect to your most authentic self! These sessions are completely unique and tailored to your individual needs and where I am intuitively led.

In this more expanded service, you will receive 45 minutes of Reiki healing followed by a 45 minute Intuitive Reading. What is unique about this service is you will have an intuitively guided session which combines the healing energy of Reiki along with messages from Spirit. This can help to reveal deep rooted experiences and belief patterns that have been creating blocks, as you receive guidance and support leading to greater healing. Here we can delve into the deeper parts of your healing journey and life questions.
